Cancellation conditions

Cancellation fees upon cancellation of the stay:

• Free cancellation 30 days before arrival

• 100% of the reservation price for cancellation less than 30 days before arrival

Supplementary business conditions

1. Prices and services

Indicative prices for accommodation and any additional services are presented in the host's promotional materials (websites, brochures, etc.). However, the price stated in the accommodation voucher (hereafter referred to as the voucher) is binding for the customer. The scope of contractually agreed services and prices is binding as stated in the voucher. The host is entitled to change the agreed terms of stay in cases beyond their control (e.g., force majeure).

2. Cancellation of stay by the customer

The customer is entitled to cancel the order at any time before arrival. Cancellation of the stay requires a written electronic form (email with delivery receipt) sent to rezervace@vinarstviusvkrize.cz. The date and time of sending the email is decisive for determining the cancellation period.

For larger groups, individual cancellation fees may be agreed upon.

The host will not charge the customer the aforementioned cancellation fees if they could not utilize the agreed services for the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalization of the customer or a family member, serious illness, call-up order, natural disaster. The customer is obliged to provide written documentation to the host no later than 3 days after such events occur.

3. Validity

These terms and conditions are an integral part of the accommodation order and accommodation voucher.
